they r being pressured to leave...sp is low so those members can cash out and others get new options...what did the old bod do for this company anyway?...soon its gonna get harder to downtalk this conpany...I see it as all good news going forward...new meat means new life...good luck to ya all will sit and see how this all unfolds over the next few months...EOG was my means to play Namibia but at these prices for HRT with all that cash seems like better odds at the moment...shorties cover and this one will rock...just need a catalyst

Both of the departing people were MM's, and while I believe in his vision for Namibia, any new CEO should be allowed the opportunity to replace such persons. As for the CFO leaving, most self-respecting US CEOs change CFOs within a year of assuming the position. Two months may be fast, but with Polvo and other things happening, it is probably better to move sooner than later. I am not

".soon its gonna get harder to downtalk this conpany..." When it gets to Zero? When is this "company going to give a real reason to talk it UP? Nobody has needed to talk it down, they have failed at everything and the stock price is the result of utter failure.

everything you say so far about this company is true robnhood however the ability to find large pools of oil and gas is becoming harder and more expensive than ever...at least they still have a drill program in place and with some luck Namibia will put this company solidly on the map...if not hopefully this new bod will find other ways to unlock shareholder value...im not pumping this play

MM claimed that he almost 100% for certain knew where to find the oil. The surrounding hype supported this thinking.  So many believed him that he was capable of raising 1.5 billion dollars in his IPO, and got

Hood, "all the money is gone"...true HRT spent 1 billion dollars...now to save the company they have to figure out how to monetize stranded gas and a liquid oil presence.

Gus, MM spent the billion like finding the oil was in the bag. Now SEA booted his butt out . but a little too late.  MM at least used to keep us informed. Now we get some slide show and not much else.  For example , what is going on at the top? We are left swinging in the wind and guessing. The slide show acts like it's business as usual, but the market is singing a different tune
