Who are the heads of the HRT-PETRORIO?

I do not understand the company did not clarify or indicate who holds the positions of direction, in my opinion, lost corporate governance, and also the transparency advocated by a company looking to list in New Market. This should be questioned. Officially the company do not have management since May 10, 2015.
