News Release

I hate more dilution but we have no money to explore unfornately. I can see couple more p.o.'s in the future and eventually another consolidiation, unless mgmt comes out with great news, but not holding my breath, a lot of inside bs going on that we are not privi too.

Now I know why we had that big wall at 40 cents, it's amazing how the insiders can control the stock price.

sucks :-(

Could be management themselves, company shares that is the wall. Insiders playing games at small shareholders expense. Have a good long weekend all.

Others have said this was ploy to reduce PP price.  Maybe, but the 93 million share lock-up expiration comes a week after this new deal closes, so management was probably living in fear of what that might do to share price.

I'm afraid we're going to test the 30 cent mark over the summer because even if good drill results come out I think this company is bleeding too much money especially in wages. Hopefully I'm wrong and it's management driving the price low to get more shares at a lower cost to family and friends.

They've already said they'd need to raise by end of summer, so not much of a surprise.  Just a bit early.  Of course, retail are the only ones in the dark on timing, as usual.  My guess is they had enough money for 16 holes, but not 24.   It's possible there's some highly prospective zone they want to examine, but didn't have the cash.
