In the short term, I don’t have any IAMGOLD shattering news to share with the shareholders. I’m looking forward to Thursday, May 9, 2024 when the company will release its first quarter 2024 operating performance and financial results.
I’m more interested hearing about the progress being made with the mine commissioning phase. As I’ve mentioned previously, the next nine months of mine commissioning are crucial in attaining the company objectives.
Also, I’m hoping the company provides up-to-date information on the ongoing winter exploration drilling programs at Gosselin, Nelligan and Essakane.
Shareholders, the large greedy hedge funds, banks and short sellers are on the prowl; do not sell your IMG shares at these low prices. Gold mining shares are a hot commodity in this rising gold market.
Remember, investing is a journey, and your patience and foresight are commendable and will be handsomely rewarded.
