Skim read

I skim read the materials.
The co. had an original offer of ten cents a share and a percentage of the asset sales.
This .7 of a cent offer makes zero sense compared.
Why would Hilco bother?
They see a path to a score.
They threaten it will not be public. Who cares, it is worthless at a fraction of a cent.
When you read the quarterly reports over the past year.
There was no significant indications from management that things were so dire. They were buying new equipment, spending on marketing etc. My read was that they saw improvements in the market.
The materials just filed said the exact opposite.

Don't tender, unless you need a doughnut.

Agreed.  Why would shareholders listen to a single thing this CEO or board has to say... they drove the business straight into the ground while blowing our money on lavish sales and marketing parties.   Tendering is not even worth the time to call your broker.
