In last weeks quarterly conference call, Eric Adams stated (in regards to the decline in share price) the following:
"While its difficult to ascertain the exact reason for the decline, I can assure you we are monitoring the situation closelyand are allocating additional resources toward investor related activities to increase exposure, outreach and clarifying our value proposition to the investment community".
So, Mr. Adams, no need to allocate any additional resources to solving this puzzle, I believe I can save you the time and money. Possibly the investment community has already looked over your 5 year history with the company and come to the following conclusions:
1) You've made a habit of continually missing timelines on milestone dates and have offered zero reasons or explanations as to why. The investment community is tiring of your "kick the can" mentality and is beginning to take note.
2) You have diluted your investors into oblivion. Your tenure has been all about you getting incentivized to raise capitalwhile making zero scientific progress (everyone loved your 33:1 reverse split - thanks for that.....)
3) Investors only have your "word of mouth" that programs are advancing/viable. You have provided zero proof.
4) The BOD and management team owns basically no shares in the company (very very few). If you dont have faith in your company, why should anyone else?
5) The lack of transparency is wearing thin. Maybe, instead of only taking softball questions from analysts, you should take questions from private investors during your qtrly reports so you field some more meaning and pointed questions. I've tried several times to ask questions but have been ignored. You look like you're trying to hide something..
So, Mr. Adams, no need to allocate any additional resources to figure out this "head scratcher" of a problem you have.
Try being a better CEO and the problem may fix itself. If not, November's vote could be an interesting one.....
