Assets: 122MM (including 46MM in goodwill and intangibles)
Liabilities: 227MM (including NOTE due in 2025)

There is around 151MM in negative equity.

These guys will pull a CAMP and declare BK soon enough. 

Good luck to those still holding the bag when this crashes.
