As those selected for lottery realize there's no way in heck they can do it alone....hence.....franchise applications to.....?

Why not?  Everyone has to buy wholesale from the OCS anyhow, so distribution links and connections are irrelevant.  There are currently no brands big enough to make an impact in Canada. As far as I can tell the only thing a lottery ticket owner would need is a location and enough money to open it, which should be an easy loan seeing as how the revenue stream is almost guaranteed ...more
