Safe Harbour Intention
I was not making a point or attempting to make a point. I had never seen the safe harbour statement on ISA financials in the past and assumed that others - like myself - wanted to understand what this colourful nautical phrase meant. In reading the definition I take it as a cautionary statement included with these financials becase there are so many unknowns in the future. In past statements the major unknowns were the outcomes of clinical trials. But in the present situation we face uncertainly over the FDA, uncertainty over potential partnerships, and uncertainty over potential attempts to take over the company. I also read it as an assurance to shareholders that the company is positively situated but in an early state in its life cycle.
