Surprised you kept any, you sure have read a lot into the news release. Have you convinced yourself or are you trying to convince others to liquidate. Maybe pick some up on the cheap, this is a speculative stock , obviously all the t's aren't crossed and the i 's aren't dotted, but the FDA  do mention that the process is moving forward, nothing more !nothing less!. Your whole post is a chicken little fabrication.: for what reason , why not just sell it off, why keep a few! other than a reason to hang around and stir the pot. Speculative stock means just that, weigh the process, all signs and communications have been solid and if you have been around the nine years you say you have, your aware of this.

 Well I did say my post wasn’t going to be a popular. Look when the FDA cancels an approval meeting, mentions that there are “several” unresolved questions and doesn’t even attempt to reschedule anything, I don’t think it takes a lot of reading in to conclude that it is not good.It was the combination of the biorunup and Wall Street Journal articles that finally convinced me.

I think Macbeth makes some good points.  The action letter to come out on or before August 3 is not going to approve the drug.
