to be fair
I would hope isa management has let lux know how important it is that they be able to communicate with it's shareholders in a responsible way given that today is the famous 3rd and this does havce impact. Shouldn't we at least know that the "outstanding issues" were communicated if not what they actually were?

As far as I understand it... the FDA as a public entity must reveal all formal communication with the public at large. What we are awaiting is a formal communication. That said, it's government, and when has government ever done anything in a timely manor?Good luck to all.BR
