it was about controlling the message. I think they were afraid of investors asking tough questions and maybe even asking for a vote on management. I think I speak for many long time investors that feel that this was a mistake and a slap in the face. To begin with, this agm should have been held in toronto, not in cowtown where no average investors let alone institutionals can get to.

its shenanigans like these that long time investors are unfortunately used to with these guys and it never seems to get solved.

Quit your Whining !!!!  i can't get over those who do nothing but complain and yet don't take it upon themselves to attend the meetings!  It isn't as if you didn't have ample warning.  Also if memory serves, you are from the Edmonton Area so you don't have any excuses!!!
