You've got to be kidding.  3 weeks ago Iljin wanted to give you almost $18 M by purchasing shares at a 70% premium to the actual share price. 

 

That's not favorable to ISA? 

 

It should have been Iljin terminating the agreement and looking for a more reasonable investment price. 

 

If that deal wasn't good enough for ISA, I can't wait to see the new one they come up with.

More than just interest.  You don't start hacking away at your safety net until you have "...safe harbour..." elsewhere. A better deal has been inked but were not privy of it yet. The plot thickens....
