..seems that TWO PUTATIVE CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS have been filed against Aeterna Zentaris, the bio-tech that Dr.  leads.  Seems that something / other about failure to DISCLOSE certain information under U.S. federal securities laws is alleged.  ALL ALLEGATIONS ARE DENIED.  So it would seem that His  time playing ISA musical chairs , wasn't a waste after-all. HOPE UND COGNAC FOR ALL!!!!!!
