Cash / share to buy themselves out!

Any long term holders of this stock here? What seems to be the problem? Sure the price of Nat gas has gone to unrealistic lows, but, wow, they have producing assets, good land to drill and lots of it, and enough money to buy us all out. What am I missing? To good to be true??

Unless there is some info I can't find, this stock should be multiples of its present value.

I was a long with Greywolf, and I must say I'm pretty unerwhelmed by the performance thus far. The SP is the lowest level ever, and the trend seems downward. Am I right in thinking Rticap paid about $6.80 per share? Seems incredible, but they got 3,676,470 for $25 million - what's that all about?    I suppose that this is a buying opportunity for any longs, or is ...more
