Technical Director III of GGDM-CAF, who waived the bidding based on item IV of article 24 of Federal Law No. 8.666/93 and its updates, as per the precept Article 26 of the same law, for the acquisition of 36 boxes with 01 vial in each of the drug CANNABIDIOL (CBD) / (ISOLATED CANNABIDIOL WITH A
DEGREE OF PURITY \>99.5% - 200MG/ML) - PURODIOL - 30ML
/ FRASCO / PURODIOL, to comply with a Lawsuit, through importation under the responsibility of this Secretariat through the company URBANBOX, INC., represented by the company FARMAUSA PHARMACEUTICAL LTDA., whose acquisition amounts to a total value of R$ 107,831.59 (one hundred and seven thousand, eight hundred and thirty-one reais and fifty-nine cents), equivalent to US$ 17,314.00 (seventeen thousand, three hundred and fourteen dollars).
