How's this for a management incentive: give them stock options IN LIEU OF SALARY. That would motivate these guys for sure!

Yeah this could work, give them stock options with a $1.40 strike price and pay them minimum wage... Except that old, irrelevant, useless dinosaur Gene Simmons - You give him stock options ONLY with a strike price of $3.00.   I agree with you that this is all messed up. However in the past, Simmons had to have good advisement within the past five years or so. He's made out big time with companies like McDonald's and Coke at the right time. His net worth is something like 330 million dollars. Simmons invested 2.5 million dollars into INVICTUS.

  I will never invest in another penny stock again. I put my faith in  Gene Simmons because he usually knows what he's doing when it comes to investments. This is turning into a nightmare fast.

It also doesn't help that the meatballs running this show announced a rollback for the purpose of listing on Nasdaq, and then their attention deficit disorder kicks in and is like they've forgotten about that but we're left with the market beating the price down because a rollback was announced and we wait and wait and wait in silence
