Shorters vs scalpers battle going on between tickers..

Matching blocks between tickers, looks to me like some parties shorting the price on OTC, then scalpters taking any OTC buys they they can flip across tickers for a profit after factoring in USD/CAD and ticker spreads.

If you watch which block trades line up across tickers its pretty obvhous.
