Take over

I think i am at the point where i would love to see canopy or aphria buy this company.

Well, everything is for sale. That's not complicated. Haven't been many acquisitions in the sector in a long time. I'm sure a few of the big boys are looking at Invictus. The price would obviously have to be right for both Dixon and the buyer.  Once phase 3 is up and running I wouldn't be surprised if talks get serious.

7X o r8X current valuation would be a fair place to start the bids on a takeover otherwise I'm sure the bid would get tossed.

That is roughly what I was thinking! Perhaps the shorts are finished manipulating Invictus and we get some positive news very soon to get us back above 0.30.

Honestly who experienced investor would want to invest in a company where its not profitable and the upper management are getting paid what they are.  People who still have the invictus coolaid running through their veins need to open their eyes!  Dan being an advisor to Dixon is absolutely fuked.  Hopefully something changes

Precisely why a take over is needed, management have destroyed this company. Incompetance at every step

There has been a takeover...by Trevor Dixon and I don't imagine there will be another anytime soon. Sorry to disappoint you bashers.

Im simply stating that i wish i had not touched this company, i doubt i am alone in that one, a take over and not just managemnet would not be a bad thing!

A takeover at this SP would severely undervalue this company. No one is going to make an offer to the true value of this company, like $300M right now.  When the company gets to put AP's Phase 3 to work and AB Labs gets up to speed, the money will be flowing in and a much better offer could be made that would be a far sight better for shareholders. There is nothing wrong with what Dixon ...more

Thankyou for a sensible reply Yowza, i was happy when dixon was announced replacement and agree with your sentiment. Just frustration being down 69 per cent on my stake. I wont ever sell at a loss and will keep my spirits up. Onwards and upwards! Any idea when the poda shares will actually be worth something?

I would be quite happy with that with the way things are going here
