Is Joe a good buy??

Is Joe a good buy??St Joe owns 700,000 acres in western Florida..   Stock got over $80 in 2005.  Hasn't been this low since 2002.  Those retired baby boomers are going to live somewhere in the sun??  At some point, this has to be an interesting speculation??
