KAT's PR today: actually significant news...

From my SA KvN KAT Blog:

KAT's PR today states "KCC today received an injunction order from the General Prosecutor of the Court of Appeal of Kinshasa that orders KCC not to make any payment to Gcamines, pending the conclusion of an investigation by the General Prosecutor relating to Gcamines' executives".

Wonderful news! Finally the gravy train "Executives" at Gcamines find themselves under the microscope. Not soon enough.

I have openly stated my hostile derision for those "executives" and in particular one Gcamines board Chair, Mr. Albert Yuma. What a joke.

Now I am extatic; nowhere else have I ever experienced a bunch of "mining executives" who - get this - three things - (1) sat on massive, prime Cu & Co assets (2) right in the middle of arguably the most Cu & Co endowed region on planet earth and then "managed" their way from significant, heritage, legacy production from their own producing assets TO UNDER 10KT CU PER YEAR and through arguably, (3), the GREATEST MINING BOOM in midern history: the BRIC boom that commenced in 2005, took a siesta for the 3 years 2009-11 and only really stopped now with Conavirus.

I hope they all lose their "Swiss Pensions" and go to jail.

These are my views only. Thanks for reading.
