RE:DONE DEAL - CONGRATSIf you haven't already found it, binding agreement at 4.10 CAD/sh all cash. I'm a bit disapointed that after 3 months of silence they only got an extra 10c.

The news release didn't mention when the deal closes though... or at least I didn't find it. Anyone know?
