Seems that way. But has tiny float and in interesting space. Possibly ripe for reverse merger. But I dont know if CNS has any proprietary technology that might make them desirable other than cheap ...more

its not that much -- around 39 million with the debt conversion.. there will also be 9 million warrants that expire today so a fully diluted number would also be close to 40 million shares.  I am ...more
