The sale has officially begun! :) Let's see some more. Raymond James has a $3.50 target on LBNK. Hopefully that's very conservative. Park Place and Boardwalk should ring it up way bigger. Exciting times!

So basically they have C$ 15Mio in the bank. Do they need capital for any new projects? Or just cash in the bank for distribution?

The recent sale helps with non-dilutive funding for the other properties. Check out the company's share structure. Parkplace and Boardwalk are very significant compared to the Saskatchewan properties.
