Failed to maintain exchange requirements  ..? anyone have any idea what requirements they suggesting.. 3mill volume before halt.. what exact requirements

Something big must have happened because 3mill shares traded at .005 and it gets halted.. a halt should have prevented 3mill way earlier.. also these 3mill shares are traded amongst ppl who know wtf they are doing because i had my order for 100k shares at .005 from 10am and zero not  a single fill.. so certian people know whats going on
