This whole thing must be Illegal or at least contestable in some ways. Too many people, shareholders, etc would be unfairly treated if this goes through. CIBTs style seems very unethical. I would think Alex is  busy finding a way to block them. CIBTs website has the nerve to say the whole thing is a fait accompli. They have appointed a Sprott team to take over the management already. Hell it isn't even Feb 7th yet. I find this very egregious busilness practice on the part of CIBT. I hope the BC Superior court will stop them in their tracks. The stakes are pretty high!

Common shareholders are bottom of the barrel, nobody cares about us as long as they get rich. I agree CIBT seems unethical, but its business. Alex has already resigned along with 2 others, and the CFO has said he will be resigning shortly. I think the only way to save our skins is for a white knight with $12 mil cash to walk in and hand it over to the CIBT vultures. LRN had a chance to survive ...more
