Robert J Morrison was a sophisticated investor. He sunk approx. 3 million dollars into LRN common shares. That was into the face of death spiral debentures and an established corporate history of chicanery. Why would the Big Hitter permit Ryu to lend the company at 18%? That should have been enough to set off alarm bells and a quick call to Fasken. This only supports the fact we cannot find any trace of Bobby. Why did the big hitter allow Bobby on the board? Did he meet him? What are the chances Dr. MacGregor has a PhD in basic science?
