Value or Value Trap?

Value or Value Trap?Changed business model, solid earnings, boring but stady growth prospects all point to a potential long term hold.  However, I can't help but think there is something too-good-to-be-true about a PE of <10, like suspect management or off-balance-sheet liabilities.  Anyone have input?
