Private placement finders fee

MEL was paid the Finder’s Fees. MEL is a non-related party or arm’s length registered market dealer, and not anyone related to the Board. The key statement here is ‘registered market dealer’, of which no-one on the Board, or affiliated with the Board has association.

The Special Committee is made up of four people, two of which are Burmi and Covello. The other two are legal representatives.

Thanks Doug. Have the two legal representatives always been on the Special Committee? I do not recall them being mentioned in the past.

Burmi sold about a million shares earlier this year...nice to have a special committee member selling while "transactions" are being explored :) I assume he'll be gone if we hit an AGM

Michael Burmi is still one of the largest shareholders of LME.  The majority of his shares are held inside of his corporation.  He sold shares under his personal name for tax planning purposes.

who cares....members of a special committee involved in m&a activity selling shares while sitting on a special committee is ridiculous regardless of how many shares he may or may not hold

You're still bringing this up? I'm not necessarily saying a deal is close but you have no idea what has happened from then until now
