Well, that leaves September for Q3 BLA. any chance they will  meet that deadline, or will it fall like the deadlines of the past two years! Anyone who bungled this badly would have long been fired in any other business - except a publicly held corporation where the owners (shareholders) have no say, and can't even fire those who do a miserable job.
