"Exclusive Distributor" means nothing.

LiveLean had an opportunity to explain themselves and chose not to take it.

LeanLife has nothing marketable without Iron Energy.
Iron Energy is not their product and could dump them tomorrow.
This is a perfect example of why OTC Market stocks like LiveLean are extremely high-risk.

"Veroni is the sole and exclusive importer and distributor of Iron Energy in the U.S., an energy drink sponsored by celebrity boxer Mike Tyson. . ."

So let's be clear :  I haven't been able to figure out why Veroni Brands no longer distributes the product. If you go on their website, they don't seem to distribute the product. Break of contract? What is Livelean? You refer to Leanlife Health? Leanlife has something marketable which is their Omega-3. Yeah I know we keep waiting for their product to ramp up since forever but ...more
