This is a bunch of promissing mismanagers but to be exact one person is responsible for this mess. Mr. Lis has a terrible track of picking the right people to work with and it's easy to fool him

I do agree! Its been many years we are hearing many promisses. But nothing worked out.

During this painful period of halt and delist, the reported value of the shares went from 2 cents to half a cent to zero. Any trade resumption would be a like a miracle!

It makes sense. How many years can you spend cleaning the books? Why Stan does not want to contact his friend of over 40 years and who is a large shareholder? Something must be terribly wrong

Van makes zero sense. Doing nothing makes no money. Cleaning the books, allows for the company and insiders to make money. I bet it gets done. But when?
