I decided to sell my 80K shares - I think the transaction could still be worthwhile if it goes through or they make it a little better for stockholders and unsecured debt holders, but I decided to sell and buy vet, cpg and bte instead as I think all of those could double and with a lot less risk. I don't think we are looking for a large upside with LTS - it could double or triple in time, but I don't see a 10 bagger based on the inital proposal and thus I switched to what I think are safter companies with a lot of upside. The buyers gobbled up my 80K shares no problem so there are buyers - not sure if it is still short covering, people in the know or what? Maybe secured debt holders are buying
