What Bashers are missing!!!

For the past year Lttgf has not given potential investors and current shareholders a concrete business model or any type of timeline.  In the beginning, Lttgf was being traded on the lottery space expectation and some key spokesmen pitching the idea. The company hasn’t been able to come up with any fundamental ways of making real revenue, hence the share price is down 90 percent plus since the company’s inception. While the above mentioned is fact, the Lttgf has convinced some private placement  participation and partnered with some small companies recently and is working to create a large customer base, which they now have acquired, and real revenue not far out from now.  The insiders and private placement will be the winners here not the retail guy. The retail guy still hasn’t stepped in. If someone out there comes in on a $100,000-$200,000 Buy of the stock when it resumes trading, it cud very well be trading up 200 percent from these levels. Bashers can bash all they want, but Lottogopher is stronger and more aligned than they were a year ago. Not likely to go to zero now with all this happening. My plan is to take advantage of people selling, once trading resumes, but feel a big gap up on first week of trading is likely. Massive upside if someone gets in on this one even if the opening gap is up 250 percent. Good luck all

Thats maybe in your make believe world .The reality dictates otherwise . Any roll back is  just another way to stick it to the retail investor . Captor just did a roll back and the stock is already on its way down . This stock will see .20 before it sees a buck if ever .

Share consolidation does NOT ALWAYS equate to more downward movement for every stock... lets get that straight first! Prime example is VMD spun off of PHM approx 10 months ago. They did a 10 for 1 share consolidation once they started trading and the company floundered at first but is hitting a 52 week high today with room to run to $10 by years end IMHO. So to say share consolidation is ALWAYS ...more

Truth is nobody knows.. it's not going to be trading as Lottogopher anymore; it's Bravio Technologies. Nobody knows the real facts on Bravio as it is a private company. ...and that in itself is a good thing, cause frankly, Lottogopher is a $hitshow. IMO

Deceitful ha ? Well thats not what the smart savy investors think about stock consolidations . Please read just one of many of the same opinions on the issue . Feel free to come back on the board and rub it in my face if I or them are wrong . Interestingly this article uses the same SP as what we are ending up with . By the way the only deceitful party here is LOTTOGOPHER ...more

I guess we whall see what we shall see . My guess is that the newly formed company Bravio will do a public offering as they already mentioned they will be doing a financing also why the share count is now around 19 million thus primed for such course of action . So boys and girls further dilluttion .

Well Boh... the article only proves my point... there are exceptions... therefore NOT ALL consolidations will provide a share price drop after consolidations... capish? Moe $$

IT DISPROVES IT !!---------------------------------Reality of a Rollback In virtually all cases of a rollback of shares the share price will tend to drift back down to a lower level. If the overall market environment for resource shares stays weak, then there is a high probability that the shares will still drift lower. Did I strike a cord with you Boh? "If the overall market environment for resource shares stays weak, then there is a high probability that the shares will still drift lower. Those shares above at C$0.40 may drift back down to C$0.30 or much lower. The question always is, ‘how low can they go’? Some of the juniors and exploration companies seem to do nothing through the years except ...more
