I have no idea what is happening with LTTGF, today.  I have looked high and low for news that might explain the incredible jump in the share price  of around 400% and then it has now settled back down to $0.031 per share but, no such luck.  I even checked the Canadian Securities Administrator to see if the Cease Trade order has been lifted but, looks like no change there unless they ...more

There would have to be a news release notification to lift CTO . My guess is that the insiders know what is to come and are sharing that information behind closed doors to some close friends , relatives , etc . You know the old "DON'T TELL ANYONE YOU HEARD THIS FROM ME " routine . I guess we shall see soon what's up . By the way you can sell or buy this OTC pink sheets .

Yah.. who knows. I have CSE LOTO shares (delisted) that were converted to OTC LTTGF shares. I can't trade OTC with Scotia iTrade. The only borkerage I can find is to trade OTC in Canada is through an IB margin account, but you need like $5MM in capital to open one... Looks like I get to watch from the sidelines.

That happened to me as well I had shares of CSE:LOTO and now LTTGF. I think someone is trying to get the LOTO relisted again and wants to use that ticker LOTO for their company. If that happens and LOTO is relisted under a new company do my shares automatically trade as part of that new company? Thank you in advance.

May I ask those of you that had your CSE LOTO shares converted to OTC LTTGF shares what the conversion rate was? Was it 1:1 or did you end up with alot less shares?
Comment by hintonkid on Mar 26, 2021 10:53am
The conversion rate, for RBC Direct Investing Accounts, was one for one.  Basically, the only thing that changed was the trading symbol.  With the Cease Trade Order still in place, as indicated on the Canadian Securities Administrator website, Canadian Institutions are still unable to allow trades in Lotto-Gopher Holdings securities no matter what their classification (common shares ...more

Yep, I think you're spot on. Only I think LOTO will remain delisted for quite some time until it's scooped up by some "new issue" mining company or blockchain company. The whole Bravio and Lottogopher stuff was just fluff. James Moral and the Bravio boys completely abandoned everything.
Comment by bohemian62 on Mar 26, 2021 2:51pm
I believe Lotto/Bravio was a casualty of the blockchain /crypto meltdown back in 2019 into the early 2020 . Now some of those projects are seeing a revival maybe Lottogopher is in that group ? Just quessing here another large volume day compared to daily average of 120K . Close to 3 million shares traded today .

Ya, It's hard to say, though, why the RTO went sour.  In a weird why though I wonder what would have happened if the deal had gone through in light of the unforeseen COVID -19 pandemic.  Bravio Entertainment is a betting and gaming company with additional enterprises tacked on to round out the entire business.  When COVID-19 hit how many world cup soccer teams were grounded and ...more
