Bandwagon
It seems that a lot of fledgling Rare Earth exploration companies are flooding the 'news release' sector with announcements.
A lot of times, when this happens, it is indicative that the minerals they are sniffing around for (in this case, rare earths), are considered a hot item. Lithium is a good example.
Unless investors in these juniors know about ex china companies like Lynas, they haven't a clue as to how difficult and time consuming it is to reach production stage.
This may be an indication that ex China Rare Earths will come onto the scene.
The wild card is for how long the U.S. and other western countries continue to source from China, in spite of the fact that they say they no longer want to be dependent on China.
IMHO
