before today's announcement our sp was undervalued.  now insiders believe in future cashflows or realize they got a lot of cash on hand so they deliver a one time special div of 0.10 a share and by the looks of it, going forward a quarterly div of 0.05.....question to sellers and then buyers.....why are you selling and why are you buying besides it takes these actions to make a market and sellers not believing and buyers believing in the divs.  mmt has proven reserves and doing okay with their production, management sees this therefore starts divs....if i werent in, i'd wait for dip to buy.  since i'm in, i hold for value and also the divs, also for company to proven they an sustain the divs.

Sellers are : 1) People who made an incredible amount of money in a day and want to cash some in 2) Traders who think the stock price will cool off and can get back in lower 3) People who are cashing out their original cost base - I remember when this stock traded at 30 cents let alone a gain of close to 30 cents.   Buyers are : 1) People waking up this story - 10 million in volume
