Well, that certainly explains the overhang the last two days.  Hopefully Dallas is done selling, and we can break through $1.50.

This Droppo guy gave away a cool 100k in divis with his recent sale.

Probably to raise cash so that he can exercise 3 million stock options to buy discounted shares.  Always better to collect a dividend holding 3 million shares than 1 million.  Whatever he is doing you can rest assured it is probably in his best interests to make this sale at this point.

What does Dallas Droppo know that we don't know?  Will Wade be next?  Directors awarded themselves 375,000 options w/ $1.04 exercise price in May, and Wade feathered his bed with 2,750,000 options for overtly withholding the dividend news until the day of the AGM. I guess we need to consider a list of current insider options to figure out how many will sell some stock now to execise
