IMO there is a big difference between our divvy and increase of one. We still wait for shell and the longer we wait the longer our oil sit's. We can't get any extra money until our pipeline is built and there are so many thing's that could change in a years time. If shell didn't put the handling agreement on the back burner we could of had a good two months head start of profit's in 2013.

When all said and done we will have spent 1 year waiting for AGIP&SHELLS slow processing. 

You would think these large caps would have a better processing system in today's technology.

Am I correct in thinking that the pipeline construction (design, procurement and permits) is underway already, which is why they are looking at mid-2013 for increased production? Technically we don't need the crude handling agreement until the pipeline is complete as even if it was signed tomorrow, we still can't ship the extra oil......in much the same way as we can't do anything with ...more
