San Leon has announced it has secured the funds necessary to complete the transaction in its press release of March 2, 2016.

Otherwise, with another few days extension, if you buy today @ below 20 cents, it will guarantee you a gain of 25% at least.

Once deal is close, IMO SP will go up higher due to price of oil is increasing and Mart financial issue has been taken care.

Todays NR, looks very positive sign to me.

I could see that once deal is close, SP could fly to 50 cents at short term at least. Then, we don't know where it go more further

Not real familiar with how the stock market works, eh? Price may approach buyout price if investors really believe the NR. But, it will never go above because if the deal is done, then the stock is gone. No more trading it.  T
