If the money is deposited into the escrow account today as per agreement  Mart will be halted prior to the opening Wed morning ---therefore allowing 3 days for all accounts to process paying for shares etc and then Mart shares will be delisted and all cash to be paid out for your shares in those accounts etc.
Therefore I expect the earliest day would be Monday??  IMO
