well. another way to look at this is MAT was able to buy at 17.75 because q4 was down 20%. anyways, hopefully you made lots of money on MB.

I think it is a fair deal + MB reported terrible forth quarter results with sales down 20%. If MAT didn't buy MB, this stock would have gone to $10. So I'll take $17.75 any day. MAT is buying ...more

I think the offer is low and I find the Matel products as built by mega very in interesting and don't really spur the consumer, I just don't see it and they should run as far away as possible ...more

There is nothing in righting its just on good faith agreement, sliced and diced over years driven my economics, all that remain is the name, companies don't go or stay in PQ on economics

the mb manufacturing plant in montreal is a core part of the deal. that plant will be kept and so does the jobs that plant brings. that's why.
