The market values MB at aroung 320-330M$. Warrants are being converted and stock options are being excercised thus raising the number of circulating shares. From 16.8M shares out last year, we are now at nearly 23M shares out. However, given current financial reports and the lack of news about new toy lines or business partnerships from MB, the company value isn't expected to
