MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd MCDMF

Primary Symbol: V.BMK

MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on the evaluation, acquisition, and development of precious and critical metals properties in Ontario. It is primarily focused on locating an economic deposit within its 100%-owned Scadding-Powerline-Jovan (SPJ) Project in Northeastern Ontario, located 20 kilometers east of the prolific Sudbury Mining Camp. The SPJ property consists of the Scadding, Powerline, Jovan, Blueberry, Loney and Golden Copper properties located east of Sudbury in Northern Ontario. The SPJ Project is targeting a system of interconnected precious and critical metals mineralization zones on an underexplored land package, which hosts the past producing Scadding Gold Mine and multiple known critical and precious metals prospects and showings. It also covers a Metasomatic Iron and Alkali-Calcic (MIAC) mineral system that formed polymetallic Cu-Au and Au-Co, Au, Silver, and REE exploration targets.

MAGNA - ( west of Sudbury )
Within days of closing its acquisition of Lonmin this month, Jessup, geologist Dave King, another former FNXer, and the rest their team were walking around the Crean Hill property, taking it all in.

“When I show you the (nickel and copper) mineralization on surface, it blows me away,” Jessup said. “It’s like, how did they miss it? But they missed it.”

“When you have a Sudbury breccia, you’re in the right place,” said Jessup. “And when you have quartz diorite with that, well now you have the two main ingredients to make that cake.”

Interesting seeing that - AQUA GREEN....in the ore.
So.. why is it... we only tested for gold at.... Scadding ?

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Why did we get rid of the Ring of Fire - NICKEL claims to, Noront ?

Why did we get rid of the Worthington Sudbury nickel claims to, Walbridge ?

Why give away, 96% of the waste tailing ores without ever fully scoping for, Copper, Nickel PGE's ?

Will Mc D ever tally a -gold, copper, nickel cobalt resource ?
Or... just continue drilling and keep the share price real comfortable ?

Timmins wonder boy is awefully quiet...
What's next on our - list to do ?
MD&A  was just a reiteration of former years...

WILL WE SEE....
Resource calc ?
Mine the Scadding ?
JV with larger player to take brunt of costs off of small junior trying to drill 197 sq km ?
Retest all the cores looking for, hidden nickel, copper and cobalt ?

HOW ABOUT....
Show us the cores at, Glade, Alwyn, and 20 046 ?
Too much hidden with juniors... no longer investing if one can't see what they're drilling into.
Let's see this new ore in which junior never thought was... mineralized.
After...3 long years...

In 1998 Walbridge was at Worthington....
WORTHINGTON Wallbridge began staking claims near the Worthington Offset in May 1998. Reconnaissance mapping that same year resulted in the collection of a grab sample which returned 0.69% Ni within the Nipissing Gabbro. In 1999, Wallbridge carried out a GEOTEM III airborne EM and magnetic survey which covered the northern portion of the property, and Remy Belanger was contracted by Wallbridge to complete two reconnaissance lines of dipole-dipole array (a=25m; n=1 to 6) IP surveying. Depth of investigation for this array would be approximately 40 metres.

Canada Newswire 7, 2009 8:00 AM EDT

TORONTO, May 7 /CNW/ - MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. (TSX Venture:BMK) ("MacDonald" or the "Company") announces it has acquired the Worthington Property in the Sudbury District of Northern Ontario. The Property consists of a patented claim on ground that covers a new, never-tested portion of the Worthington offset dyke - a significant nickel, copper, and platinum-group-element ore carrier in the South Range of the world-class Sudbury Structure.

The Property is located immediately north of Highway 17 approximately 40 kilometres west of the town of Copper Cliff and 1.5 kilometres east of the community of Nairn Centre.

As per the agreement and subject to Exchange approval, MacDonald Mines has the option to acquire a 100% interest in the Worthington Property, in consideration of exploration work and cash payments totalling CA$130,000 over the next three years. MacDonald must also issue 350,000 common shares and 175,000 purchase share warrants which are exercisable at $0.25 per share for a period of 24 months from date of issuance. All securities issued with respect to this transaction are subject to a four-month hold.

Nickel-Bearing Structure

The Worthington quartz diorite dyke is a 10-11 kilometre long offset feature which hosts the new Totten Mine discovery (10.1 million tonnes grading 1.5 % nickel, 2.0 % copper and 4.8 g/t PGEs) of VALE-Inco as well as the adjacent early-discovered Worthington Mine and Copper AER-Kidd Mine.

Sounds like the Worthington claims are right back with, Walbridge....
Isn't Walbridge with, Glencore JV ?

Now let's ask... how is it these two small juniors are with massive lands ?
BMK + IVS ?

Are we but expendable " ponds " of the larger players ?
Will we next give away our Scadding and Alwyn ?
UGH...

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WANNA READ SOMETHING INTERESTING ?
I never knew Walbridge was so involved in the Sudbury areas and with JV's...

Brady showing is mentioned - same Brady on SPJ  claims ?

In 1998 Champion Bear optioned the property from John Brady. Exploration by Champion Bear included stripping, channel sampling and drilling. A 2.7 metre channel sample of the main massive sulphide lens of the Brady showing contained 9.2g/t Pt, 4.3g/t Pd, 1.57g/t Au, 11.2% Cu and 0.63% Ni. The drilling consisted of 11 diamond drill holes totaling 742 metres. Nine of the holes were drilled below the Brady showing to a vertical depth of 50 metres. The assay highlights are summarized in Table 5. Two other holes were drilled on the northern claim block. These holes did not intersect significant mineralization
