I thought it was a two week rule?

No, I do believe that Andrew Sheldon has made it perfectly clear by public disclosure that the deals were based on successful completion of phase 1 and that they were in talks with other countries. So the signing of these deals would be expected and part of the business plan. If they were in discussions for a take over then that would be different.

The next deals are not coming out of the blue...They were annonced and well known by every single investor who do normal DD.  Andrew Sheldon knows it, I know it, and a lot of persons know it ... and a lot of sellers will realise soon!!!
