To all pumpers and bashers, you know who you are. When I buy a stock at a set price I cannot all of a sudden change my mind and say no I really meant for it to be at half the price or less, I believe warrents should be the  same. And as for warrents exercised just dilutes my  and your holdings, be very careful I was in another company that kept on issuing shares and all of a sudden a reverse split of 10-1, and it too is supposed to be the next sliced bread. Most of my shares are in the grandkids names so they have time, but no I do not have even close to 100,000 shares. but still would like to see honesty and fairness. So that is my 2 cents worth, now for you insecure people go ahead and rip; seems to make you feel better about yourselves.

First of all I am in for the long run, The other stock I am talking about is RBM which was promoted from the venture as MDG was. And it too is playing against big mulitnationals, and yet had 3M and Roche on side, and still tanked due to who knows what. Remember these companies want your shares and will spend millons to make hundreds of millions, It is a no brainer, this is a good product and

Ricky I think LL was thinking down the road abit and he is correct. A "junior" is a "junior" and MDG is up to at least 138,000,000 shares and not EVEN to Phase 2 yet!! Could happen very easily.Want an example. I hold NRI who has a FDA approved product and is selling in the US. Total shares a little over 400,000,000 shares and Management has been given approval to go as high as
