This artical is interesting and mentions the need for new business for big phama, maybe MDG could be sought after.

From what I remember, Phillip Morris owns... correct me if I'm wrong, but something like %46 of this company? So the company officers, scientific advisers and fellow longs will account for another couple of percents. So if there's a buyout option and it goes to shareholder vote.... Phillip Morris has now 38% of the total shares of MDG. The shares are being kept  artificially in a very narrow range. Interesting to see the last minute of trading today which brought the shares down by 1 cent. The narrow range of trading (speculating here) do give a chance to some insiders family and friends to buy at a reasonnable price. Keep in mind the attempt to reprice the ...more

%38...hmmm. Must be nice.I see guys/gals here watching trends and bottoms, bids vs. asks etc... They really don't mean anything. Its news that counts. This company needs news, and there should be good news. Still high risk stock, but good news will give this bird some new wings.If the share price rockets up a day before any news, then we have florida style securities again, as in insider ...more

I spoke with Christina IR today. I just wanted to check in and make sure everything is on track and it is. The new US facility is on schedule and the trial is progressing as planned. As Medicago goes into production in the US it will be necessary to service the growth of the US investor base with a US listing.I have always been of the opinion that this company represents the future global ...more
