In order to change management you need a powerful shareholder who owns many shares to put pressure on the board of directors.
Looking at MTO ownership, I see that Sprott sold all shares so after that
Precious Capital owns 8 million which makes them the largest shareholder
Sentry owns 2.8 million
With 360 Million shares OS these numbers are a drop in the bucket.

Who knows if they still own after the high volume dump a few days ago.
Metanor will keep the same management until this company makes it or folds. There will never be any change other than due to illness or death.
This company exists soley to provide employment for its management.
The presentation on the website is over a year old. That is pathetic. I would never buy into a company that doesn't update its presentations. What are they trying to hide.
Two or three posters on this board are either paid or delusional. This company has zero respect for shareholders. They spend tons of money drilling yet don't even update reserves.
They drill here, there, everywhere, haphazardly, hoping to find one good intercept to then hype to get more PP funding.
The mill is worth very little in it's location if there is no economic ore in the area.
Barry is not worth anything at current gold prices. There are plenty low grade deposits such as Barry out there and they are all pretty much worthless today.
If you haven't done so already, please read the following post from Otto at IKN a few years ago.
Otto is an industry veteran and sums up Metanor perfectly.
