It is almost like you are looking for things to be negative about "MEG NOW has the INDUSTRY COVER to BREAK the 100% FREE CASH FLOW (FCF) REURN". If MEG wants to do an acquisition I don't think they would wait until they found appropriate "cover". That being said MEG has pretty much stuck to doing what they said they would do. Why do you think an acquisition is in the cards? They Need to get Bigger plain & simple. If they don't do something soon what's to stop the likes of IMO making a serious run.  They don't need cash just sweeten the the share count exchange, lord know's they can afford it.  The acquisition is literally paying for itself. - INTERESTING that Chevron KEPT the Canadian OFFSHORE ATLANTIC crude oil production but UNLOADED the MINING BITUMEN/REFINING SCO 20% OWNERSHIP in the Athabasca Oil Sands Project (AOSP) - they were 'probably' SCARED OFF by the CARBON TAX and the PROPOSED EFFECTIVE CARBON EMISSION CAP by the ANTI-OIL Liberal COMMUNISTS - SHELL KEPT their 10% INTEREST in ASOP and STILL OPERATE the SCOTFORD ...more

Z With NVA releasing Q3 numbers this morning & somewhere in the neighbouhood of $255M in fcf for the year. What percentage of a new company would be fair for both parties. Regards Fuz
