PROBLEM - CO2
REACTION - CO2 + H2O = H2CO3
SOLUTION - H2CO3 + MgCO3 =
Mg(HCO3)2 -------------------------------------------------------------
Industry wants to get rid of their CO2
Another could obtain this....for next to nil ( $$ )
HCO3 = carbonic acid
( water + CO2 )
By reacting MgCO3 with carbonic acid
You now have a magnesium carbonic acid solution
Could be dried ( crystal carbonic mg salt ? )
Do plants ( eat ) carbonic acid ?
Carbonic acid is an acid which not only contributes to the ionization of the minerals and trace elements being essential for the plants, but at the same time, its elements and molecules are needed by the plants for the metabolism.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
In theory,
one could eliminate the need for, sulphur ( sulfate )
saving an incredible amount of, $$$$
In turn, use carbonic acid
and for eiether, mg fertilizer solution or, granulate salt
Oxygen values with in this formulate,
aides in oxygenation of soils preventing root rot
and acts as a deterent to, unwanted microbes that cause
disease in crops.
Carbon acid + Oxygen allows dissolution ( solubilization )
via oxidation, and if Mg is bonded to the carbonic acid,
it makes for asuperb delivery of, plant mineral, nutrients.
The added minerals in, Driftwood
- Al, Mn, Ca, Fe
Would also combine with the carbonic acid
resulting in, further mineral uptake by, crops.
Carbonic Acid...
More beneficial to plants - Who would've thought.
Wink.
What an easy process it would be, having others
practically give you their - co2.....lol
Free acid for the junior's fertilizer formulate.
All the more savings = more profits.
More i research - fertilizers, and the thought of,
assigning Driftwood as a - magnesium fertilizer
just makes sense.
Not to mention,
the added benefit of, keeping the MgCO3 as status quo
allows for a doubling of, resource size.
16.7 million tonnes - ( potential )
If, one only wanted a pure - MgCO3 + HC3O formulate
without other minerals in, Driftwood then....
Isn't MgCO3 hydrophobic ?
Easy to pull from ore body - firstly before marrying with
HCO3 ( carbonic acid )
Cheers....
